What is CapIt?
CapIt is a fun & anonymous picture captioning app! Share a photo on your Instagram Stories, and your friends can leave you anonymous captions. See the results in the CapIt app!

How do I sign up?
CapIt is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app by visiting the Settings page > My Account > Delete Account. Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I report abuse?
If you see an abusive picture, you can report it on the picture webpage by tapping on ‘Report’ and then ‘Yes.’ If you see an abusive caption, you can report it inside the app on the caption result screen. Tap the ‘…’ icon and then tap on ‘Report Caption.’ The CapIt team will investigate the reported caption and take appropriate action.

What age is CapIt designed for?
CapIt is designed for users 13 and older. Users under 13 years old are prohibited and should not use or download CapIt. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13, we advise setting controls on your minor's phone to prevent access to social media applications. Step-by-step instructions can be found here.

How can I unsubscribe from CapIt Pro?
We’re sorry to hear you’re not enjoying your CapIt Pro subscription! You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings app if you have an iPhone, or in the Google Play app if you have an Android.

Are the captions real?
Every caption you receive is sent by a real person. We will never auto-generate captions!
